THE wreckage

 donk!! “there goes dingy number 17,” yells the captain. The captain’s  teeth were chattering like no tomorrow and there was going to be no tomorrow if he

 didn't tell the crew what to do.

 THE CAPTAIN MADE A good decision, well he though he did. He decided it was nice and sheltered but because it was 1936 the DEPTH SOUNDER was not a thing yet. The captain was mortified. why was he a mortified? YOU ASK, WELL, because it was the opposite to floating and he was land sinking The water was drying up and causing “Billyo” ( his boat )  to donk onto the land. Most of the dinghies fell overboard because one side was leaning over too much, The crew on night watch were the only survivors after the boat cracked in the middle like the Evergreen stuck in the Suez Canal. As he looks over feeling sick like he was about to throw up and then he saw a flash of blue then there was nothing just plan black. To be continued…

Equipment  

1.The biggest Fishing rod you can find. 

2.A reasonable sized boat. ( I recommend a 8 meter stabicraft )  

3.The biggest hook you can find.

4.A out board and I really think it should be a 300 horse  power but it can be any size.

5.Squid I think you should get the squid from your local petrol station, because you know so they can stay in business.

6. A sharp knife

Method

1.  Go to a place that has the most sharks in your local area.

2. Put about 5 squid on the hook and 

3. Put the rod in the water with the hook on it 

4. Please do not put a sinker on because great white sharks like to hover above the surface and the bait will float

5.  It will take a lot of tries so once you get it, stab a knife into its gills  

6.  Have a fest and bring your family 

How to make popcorn

Ingredients,

1.Popcorn

2.Butter 

3.Sugar

4. A pan with a lid 

5. Utensils 

Method

Put the popcorn inside the pan on a low heat.

Add to the pan, butter and sugar stir around for about a minute.

Put the lid on the pan and shake it while keeping on the heat,

Use one hand to hold the lid and one to hold the pan handel.

You will hear a pippity pop sound, as the pops get further apart you will know it will be ready 

Take it off the heat and be careful the last few don't come out of the pan. 

Now sit down with a good movie (or the simpsons) and enjoy your popcorn.

THE DOG

My Dog jumped over a Log that ate a frog.

The bmx man

 The danger man who was on the orange bmx  flies through the sky. The man’s heart was pounding and the police were furious. so were the priest and the nun. The nun and the priest  were walking to  the nunnery, chattering away about the days reading. 

So the man flew dangerously  over the hair raising jump and the nun and priest. As he’s skidding  through the snow and as  dramatic as can be, The police’s  eyes were almost popping out of his eye sockets he woke up the policeman beside him. They looked out to see where he was and then he jumped over the policemen. As thrilling as this can be but it had to end. He was riding his bmk in an oniy skiing area.

As he was zooming past all the skiers, going faster than tany of hem, he was riding about 120 kilometers per hour. 

The police never caught him. You never know you might see him zoom past one day when you are skiing….

Tuesday

 so I was not at 🏫 on Tuesday because I was 🤮  so I am Just going to tall you my story ok. so it was a nice day the ☀️ was out and the day went on like normal day and it was, until 7pm that's when the Prime Minister announced the lockdown was going to be 3days. so I went to bed feeling a little bit sad because it is was level four lockdown and that means no school. well not no school their is school online but I can not go play outside with my friends which is boring. being stuck at   home with mum and Dad all mum ever does is clean and when she is not cleaning she is working and when she is not working she is sleeping and when she is not sleeping she is eating. I can go on but we

got to keep this 📖 going. all Dad ever does is work and if he is not working he is watching 🖥️ and if he is not watching 🖥️ he is eating and if he is not eating he is 😴 and if he is not 😴 driving in his 🚗. I can go on but I do not want to. so lets get on with the story. 

how to make hot chocolate

     Hot Chocolate 

Ingredients

• chocolate powder 
• milk 

• marshmallows
• boiling water

Equipment

• A spoon
• A cup
• A jag

method

1. Put 1 teaspoon full of chocolate powder into a cup

2. Put 5ml's  of milk in a cup with chocolate powder

3. Put as much hot water as you would like.
But make sure you do not put to much Because it will be to watery
4. Put 2 marshmallow's  so it is super yum.

 As the octopus soars through the ocean . Trying to survive. 

There are Many ways the octopus  has to blend in with every thing if she wants to survive. Craig Forster is in a emotional stat. He does not want to see a camera. so he decided to go back to his childhood like snorkeling and playing in rock pools

But the odd thing is he takes his camera with him.  As the octopus latches on to Craig its 2,000 sucker’s mast feel weird.  But the only problem is he as to Breathe so he gentle swims back up but the 2,000 suckers stay on his aim and if you are wandering the octopus stays on his aim. As Craig plays with the octopus a little more.  Wondering what will happen tomorrow. But the next day she gave both to some wonderful baby octopus. So the next day he hopes in the water and sees a died octopus.The fish are feeding on her. so Craig now's she is died.

         

The production

It was very scary. but I still did it. it gave me  Butterfly's and stage fright. But after would's I felt good about my self. it also gave me the shivers.

today liz van der laarse came into the classroom she told us what inspired her and she also answered theses questions but we will get to that soon. so she told us that she is writing a book but she does not now the name of it yet because she is still writing it. so what inspired her she was doing a hike and her husband cut a thing that looked like asparagus but it turned out to be supple-jack. OK time for the questions.

Do you wake up in the morning and think it's Friday? Great Imagine, all that stuff you can do just on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Like spending more time with your family and friends And if you're really sick that means you can have More time to get better.


I have a better idea. We could go to school an extra 2 hours a day so that we could have Fridays off. Although it means more work for the teachers it also means the teacher's can have 3 days off.


Imagine, the impact on writing, reading and maths just by having two more hours a day of school and only going to school 4 days a week wouldn't it be amazing? And for those who have homework it also means you have more time to study it and more chances that you will get the answers right.


Fridays are the least productive day of the school week. Funday friday, enviroday, free writing fridays. All these Fridays we may as well be at home making tree huts with our mates. While The teachers can be at the beach drinking cocktails and swimming in blue waters.


I am sure that many people in NZ get sick on Fridays. then you will have time to get a doctor's appointment and get better quicker. For Example last term I took Thursday and Friday off because the America’s cup finals was on. so we head off at 5:oo am in the morning to Auckland for a family road trip. it Was a long road trip. When we got to Auckland I felt very special to do this because none of my classmates took two days off school. No boady went on a boat to watch the america cup on a boat in my class. Do you know anyone who went to the america cup on a boat? Yes new zealand did win and yes Blair tuke did squirt champagne all over the Emirates team new zealand sailing boat and yes it was a $3 million dollar sailing boat.


It also means that you can visit your loved ones that are far away from you. For Example I have little cousins so little they are not even born yet. So they are really not my cousins yet. But the real story is that they live in Auckland. That's where I was born ready to face the world at 6am. Ok time to get back to the story. So my future cousins live in Auckland so it would be good to have Fridays optional so me, Mum and Dad we can visit them once a month or something. Also my other cousins live in Christchurch and I have never been down there to see them. Thay have only come up here.


So Fridays should be optional to everybody. I Hope you liked my speech

on Tuesday kauri and Totara went on a 30min  Bus drive it took for ever. my best friend Norah  got Bus sick she had to go to the front of the Bus she was soooooo lucky, any way other then that it was pretty fun. wen we got off we had a little bit of morning tea and after that we walked

one morning I was eating breakfast and if you were wandering what I had for breakfast. I had yummy waffles with strawberries, maple syrup and raspberries, but Anyway were, After I eat breakfast I will go outside to go play in the Meadows all I had to do is go tell Mum that I am going to play in the meadows. so I ran up stairs to tall her 'hey Mum I am going to play in the `meadows ' I said 'okay you have fun' Mum said. so with that done me and my dog Ali headed off to the meadows. has me and Ali were ruining and then Ali ran stat to the left so I followed him. but he was gone. but I still celled out  Ali Ali Ali. But eventually I fond him. But he was playing with a elephant but it was'int a ordinary elephant it was a baby elephant and half of it was white and the other half was gray. it was rolling around in flowers it really look like what you would see in a photo on the internet

yesterday our class made lanterns. there were 3 different types of lanterns. All 3 lanterns had NZ endangered an animals.the lanterns festival insist just
in wellington it is world wide. the lantern festival is to celebrate the end of spring.

NAVY HELICOPTER VISIT

 Yesterday a Navy helicopter came to school. It was humongous. As it came down it felt like it was going to blow us away. The helicopter was fireproof which I thought was pretty amazing, as I lined up to go inside the helicopter I felt so existed I waited so long to go inside the Navy helicopter. Once  I hoped in the helicopter I couldn’t  breathe I  was so excited.  By Alice
